Pastoral Team Leader – Jonathan Mills
Jonathan is a passionate advocate of a Christian life which is engaged in our modern world while remaining vitally alive through the life of God’s Spirit in obedience to God’s Word. Maintaining diverse interests in church history, contemporary worship, practical discipleship, Baptist life and thought, as well as contemporary media, Jonathan draws on these perspectives in preaching and teaching as they relate to the exegesis of Scripture. His desire is to encourage all people to a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ which leads to maturity lived out in practical expressions of service and love. Jonathan is married to Jan and they have 7 children; Will, Wes, Kate, Spencer, Krysta, Calvin and Robert.

Associate Pastor -  Bob Davies
Bob believes God is taking charge of our disordered world and that we are to join Him in that spiritual task.  Mesmerized by Jesus’ revelation of God’s grace and kindness, Bob is interested in people, in story, and in the art of communicating.  You can catch Bob talking about how movies, books, and other features of our culture reveal God at work, or how God wants to bless people in and out of the church.  Expect to hear something about Lost, Rush, or a legend from Wales!  Bob shares in the preaching ministry at KBC and is also responsible for Small Groups and the Alpha and Alpha Marriage Courses.  Bob is married to Michelle and they have two children, Kayleigh and Owain.

Associate Pastor –  Doug Ward
Doug Ward has pastored at KBC since 1984. The focus of Doug’s time is spent in leadership development, missions, preaching, and counselling. In addition he is the Mentoring Catalyst for Arrow Leadership Ministries Canada, which develops young Christian leaders for a new generation. Doug and his wife Meredith, have three grown daughters; Lydia, Laura and Meghan and are proud grandparents of Carter and Jacob.

Administrator and Worship Coordinator - Sue Slater
Sue has been on staff since 1993. Her responsibilities include oversees the Worship ministry of KBC,  serving as the Church Administrator and providing leadership assistance in other areas. She is the regular Sunday morning accompanist as well as occasionally leading worship. She and her husband, Steve, have three grown children, Jason, Mark and Rachel.

Office Administration and Faithwalk Coordinator – Martha Marentette
Since 2008 Martha has been responsible for the smooth operation of children’s ministries at KBC. She works hard to ensure a balance of fun and learning. The fall of 2010, Martha added the role of office administration to her job description where she serves as communications and advertising agent, and supports the ministries of KBC by ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Martha and her husband Kris, have three children. Danielle, Justin and Brendan.

Junior Youth Leader – Jeff Kenmir
Jeff has been a leader with the Jr Youth for the past 3 years and has shown himself to be a capable, committed leader. Jeff’s commitment to Junior Youth will lead the group forward in exciting new ways.

Senior Youth Leader – Reba Sigler
Reba has been involved in many different ministries at KBC over the years. She has been a soloist, worship leader, youth small group leader, young adult small group leader, junior choir leader and helped in many ways with the dinner theater. Recently, Reba completed the Growing Leaders training course.  Reba’s enthusiasm and deep commitment to Christ will encourage Senior Youth as they search out a way to express their personal faith in Jesus Christ.
