Stonewick Heights

Stonewick Heights, owned by Kanata Baptist Place Incorporated, is an independently operated not-for-profit housing complex that provides affordable housing in Kanata. It is not operated by Kanata Baptist Church. It was built in the 1990’s through the vision of Kanata Baptist Church to address the need for affordable housing. It is governed by its own Board of Directors and operates in accordance with the Housing Services Act and the City of Ottawa Service Management requirements. 

The complex is a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and town homes. Both market rate and rent-geared-to-income (subsidized) units are provided. For information on subsidized housing and how to apply, please reach out to the city’s Housing Registry at https://housingregistry.ca/
