KANATA BAPTIST CAMP 2025

KBC Summer Camp provides a safe and fun camp where children can grow in their love for God, for others and for themselves.

We believe the care and protection of every child connected to our camp, is both a social and moral responsibility, and will maintain the highest possible health and safety standards throughout our Summer Camp season.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Summer Camp is offered for children age 4* – 10 *by December 31, 2025.

  • All children must be able to use the bathroom independently.
  • Ratio of coaches to children is 1:6.

CAMP TIMES & PRE/POST CARE

Regular Camp Hours: 9 AM – 4 PM

  • Drop-off for regular camp hours is from 8:45 AM to 9 AM & pick-up is from 4 PM to 4:15 PM at the latest.

Pre/post care: 8–9 AM & 4–5 PM

  • Pre Care (8-9 AM) OR Post Care (4-5 PM) available for an additional $10/day or $40/week
  • Pre AND Post Care (8-9 AM and 4-5 PM) available for an additional $20/day or $75/week

Note: If you do not know if you require pre or post-care, you may add it to your registration at a later date by emailing admin@kbc.ca. All requests for pre and post-care must be sent by the Wednesday before the camp begins.

REGISTRATION

Basic Camp Rate: $250/wk per child 

Discounts: Early-Bird rate (until May 31) is $210/wk per child

In order to secure your spot, you must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit per child per week of camp.

Summer Camp Registration

Important note about Registration: Your registration is not complete until you click on ‘Pay Now’ (you will not be asked for any payment information). You will receive a confirmation email for each complete registration. Confirmation emails will be sent from system@sunergo.net. Please add this address to your contacts/safe sender list to help prevent these emails from ending up in your junk folder.

PROGRAMMING

Each week is designed with new and exciting games that cater to our week’s special theme. Campers will be able to participate in energetic full camp games, age-appropriate activities in small groups, crafts, and a daily chapel with songs, bible stories, and small group discussion. 

STREAMS

At the start of the week your camper will get to select a stream to participate in every day, where they will get to learn a skill or do an activity that suits their unique interests. Whether it be sports, drawing, music, or something else entirely, these small group options will allow campers to explore their interests, be creative, and connect with others in a small group setting.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Every Wednesday at camp is water day! ​​ So we have programmed some fun outdoor water games for our campers to participate in.

Each Friday our camp hosts an extra special on-site event for our campers based on our weekly theme. Past examples include shows from Little Ray’s Nature Center, Mad Science, lazer tag, and mini putt.
